Log into your account dashboard and select the order you wish to return, or contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Prepare the Package

Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

Ship to Our Warehouse

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
